Staff - How to add employees?
- Click on the "Setup" gear on the left hand side of the screen and then select “Employees”
- Select “Create New”
- Make sure to: set their access and permissions, include first and last name, set the PIN, and input their email. If you are creating a manager account please be sure to set a username. For full information on what the different roles mean and how to use them please see here.
Note: It is important to include your email because a link will be emailed to you in order to create your password. Otherwise you won't be able to log into the actual app.
Please make sure you generate a pin for each employee. This is very important, if you forget your pin you won’t be able to get into the POS, clock into your shift, or use important functions. Keep this PIN safe and do not share.
