Redeeming (Updated) - How Customers Can Redeem Their Points

With Nōwn's new rewards update, once your customers have accumulated enough points for any of your designated reward levels, they will be able to redeem their points for their choice of items in available reward levels from the updated patron modal shown below. The rewards redemption area of this modal is scrollable, so you can see all items assigned to each reward level.

Once a reward item is chosen in the patron modal, it is automatically added to the basket after any applicable modifiers are chosen. Only one reward redemption is allowed per transaction. If the customer wishes to redeem points for multiple items, they will need to perform multiple transactions at this time. There will be a message shown in the patron modal after a reward is added to the cart to remind cashiers of this, and the reward redemption options will be greyed out and not selectable.

NOTE: only one discount can be used at any given time. If another basket-level discount is present, you will not be able to redeem points rewards on the same transaction! If a reward redemption is present on the transaction, manual basket-level discounts and birthday discounts will be disabled!
