Grow - How to Set Up a Welcome Offer

New store opening? Want to run a seasonal or monthly promotion? Releasing a new product and want to encourage traffic? 

These are just a few examples of how the 'Welcome Offer' feature in Nōwn can encourage Customer's to not only download the app but also encourage repeat business.

A welcome offer is a promotion that gets activated when a signed-up customer places their first order. Welcome offers are a great way to incentivize people to sign up for your loyalty program. You are able to customize the welcome offer in a variety of ways such as the amount of points the Customer will receive, the date range that the offer is valid for and even a personalized message!

Setting Up the Welcome Offer

1. Click on 'Customers' then 'Grow' 

2. Click on 'Edit' and then Customize your welcome offer to suit your requirements

3. IMPORTANT - Make sure you enable the welcome offer and hit the save button on the top right of the screen

THAT'S IT! The welcome offer is now active! Using the example above, any customer who signs up and makes their first purchase between October 1st and 31st would receive 500 bonus points. They would be able to view these in the Nōwn or white labelled app and the Cashier would be able to see these on their screen also.
