FAQs - An item is not showing on the mobile app, what do I do?

Luckily, the answer is very simple, just make sure that item is mobile order enabled! When you're inside Nōwn POS:

  • Select the Set Up icon on the left hand side menu bar. Then select Products.
  • Click on any item to edit it, when the new module comes up, turn on the toggle that says "Mobile Order" in order for the item to show up in the app. 
  • Further, please make sure you have set up the item as per the mobile set up instructions in order to make sure it is customer appealing!

  • Lastly, if that is set up and your item is still unavailable, if you are a merchant that has different menu periods you need to make sure that this item is available in that particular menu period.
