Advanced Last Resort Hardware Troubleshooting (iOS)

If you have gone through absolutely every piece of trouble shooting and you still can't get your terminal or printer to work, fear not, as there is one last thing you can try!

If the answer to each of these questions is yes, you will need to double check a certain permission setting on your iPad. Please note that if you don't have an iPad this doesn't apply to you.

  • Select the Settings icon on your iPad
  • Scroll down and find Nōwn POS, then select it
  • Ensure that the toggle beside Local Network is set to ON (green).

  • Once that is done close the app, reopen it, and test out your hardware again!
