Redeeming - How to redeem the points of a customer?

1. You need to make sure that customers check in with the app or are searched up at the beginning of the transactions. 

- Clicking on the customers image as it shows up on the POS via bluetooth

- Scanning their QR code before the transaction begins

- Looking up the customer via the search bar before the transaction begins

- Entering their phone number on the interactive customer display

2. Once that is done select the items that they want to purchase, then select "Pay Now".

3. If they have enough points a module will pop up, there will be a field that asks if you want to redeem the points. If you want to redeem them ensure that the toggle is set to ON.
