Troubleshooting - My terminal is printing a long settlement report at the end of the day, what do I do?

If you have a Global Payments ICT250 you can follow these instructions below to turn off the internal report generated by the terminal. If you’re with Moneris or Mercco please refer to their support documentation.

Disable Settlement Report

1. At the idle menu, press [.,#*] for the administrator menu
2. Input admin name and admin password, and press Enter
3. Press 3 for Setup menu
4. Press 4 for Trans Options
5. Press 4 for Settlement
6. Press 1 for SettleRpt
7. Press 1 to disable settlement receipts

Default Admin Name – 1

Default Admin Password – 12345677F
