Onboarding - Can we transfer over existing gift card balances?

Yes! Just make sure you send us a list of the gift card numbers and balances. If you have the customer: first name, last name, and email this is an added bonus as then they can link this to their customer account in the Nōwn app. 

However, please note that you would then have to reissue these cards to the customers and doing so can be a very large logistical challenge. You must use Nōwn gift cards, you cannot use your existing cards.

Therefore, we believe the best approach is simply swapping the cards out one by one as the customers try to use them. This tends to be a much smoother process for all parties involved and allows for a pleasant customer experience.
