Day to Day - Mobile Order Dashboard
The mobile order dashboard is one of the most effective management tools in Nōwn POS. Think about this as your control centre, it tells you everything that you need to know about all your mobile orders, including: the status of orders, payment method, customer name and image, whether or not it was rejected and the reason, and a full list of all your orders for the day.
In order to access this dashboard you will need to go to the home screen of Nōwn, once your station is open, and click on the Options button at the top of the page.
Once in this view you are able to see absolutely everything about the mobile orders at your location, including when orders are scheduled to come in. This is especially helpful when there is a big wave of demand coming for a certain time of day. The dashboard is also particularly useful for checking orders that have been cancelled. For example the dashboard will tell you who cancelled an order, this can be particularity helpful with a customer dispute. Further, you are able to see what the most prominent payment method is and how many orders you have left outstanding. It is a great tool to ensure that you are on top of all your orders!
