About - I bought a white labelled app, how do I submit the designs?
If you have purchased our white labelled app solution, you will need to provide us with several components of collateral so that we may properly brand your app. Please see the full list of collateral required below.
Please log into your Nōwn account to access the web portal where you'll be able to upload your assets. As you upload your assets you can preview them on the app. It usually takes about a minute for images to appear after being uploaded.
Wherever information is uploadable by our team only, you are required to fill out the following form in order to submit all your assets.
1. App store description
We have a standard template for these which can be found below. You have the option of going with our standard template or creating your own template. If you wish to change it please let us know. This can be uploaded by our team only.
2. Welcome Email
We have a standard template for welcome emails which we can be found below. If you would like to use your own email instead, we do require assets to be delivered as actual HTML files, rather than images. This can be uploaded by our team only.
3. Header Image for home screen
Minimum 1242 x 705 (this one will be center-cropped and the crop will be slightly different on different screen sizes). This can be uploaded by our team only.
4. Logo on Home Screen
Minimum 480 x 480 px, and the app will trim it to a circle. This can be uploaded by our team only.
5. Loyalty Card Design
This is the card on the home screen. Required size is 1146 x 723 px. This can be uploaded by our team only.
6. App Icon :
1024 x 1024 px. This can be uploaded by our team only, some examples may be found below.
7. Location Header Images
When you go into any location on the app there's an image at the top of the page. This is usually a picture of the restaurant, but it's totally up to you. You can upload this by logging in to a location's POS account and going to Setup > Mobile Setup
8. Location Logo
You have the option of putting a different logo on each of your locations if you'd like. Typically, people use their standard logo here, but the option is there if you'd like. You can upload this by logging in to a location's POS account and going to Setup > Mobile Setup
This is the image we use throughout the app to represent an item. These can be uploaded by logging in to your account, and going to the Products tab. From there, click on a product, and you'll see "Upload Image" near the top right. You can repeat this for all items.
10. Promotional Home Screen Images
These are the pictures under the "What's New" heading at the bottom of the home screen. You can add as many images as you'd like here and there are no strict requirements on sizing. Most people use this to highlight certain items that are new on the menu, or upload posters for special events. This can be uploaded by our team only
11. App Button Hex Colours
Please provide us with the colour hex codes that you would like to use for your app buttons as show in the screenshots below.
