Refunds/Voids - How to void a transaction
A void completely removes a transaction as if it did not exist.
- In order to void a transaction you need to be on the home screen of the POS. Once there, a list of all transactions completed while the station has been open will be shown in a column on the right hand side.
- Click on the arrow beside the transaction in question in order to expand the field.
Once the field is expanded press the "Void" button. You will be required to enter a reason for the void and your PIN (if you have enhanced security turned on).
