Scanner - Not Working
If your scanner is not working please refer to the manufacturer's documentation and scan the Factory Reset code. Once that is done scan the "Enter Key Code" sometimes referred to as a Carriage Return Code. This should fix the issue.
An example of these codes can be found below, they are for the Zebra Symbol ds9208 scanner.
These are just an example - you need to use your own codes!
If the POS is scanning but you can't pull the item up and the Upc codes match whats inn the system
then the problem is that the "Carriage return" is not on (which means it's like when a keyboard presses the "enter" key).
