Bluetooth Printer Troubleshoot

If you are having trouble printing or connecting to a bluetooth printer please follow the steps below.

1. Restart the iPad. Most of the time there is just a minor iOS bug and restarting the iPad fixes the printer.

2. If that doesn't work, disconnecting and reconnecting everything will fix it the majority of the time.

Step a) Open the Settings on your iPad and select Bluetooth. Click on the blue "i" beside the beside the device that you are connected to. 


Step b) Disconnect the device, then select Forget this Device.

Step c) Turn off bluetooth

Step d) Close the Nōwn POS app. 

Step e) Wait 30 seconds to 1 minute, turn on bluetooth, pair the printer, open Nōwn POS. The printer should now work.
