Can't clock in , log in, or forgot PIN

If you can’t log into the POS click on the Forgot Password button, a link will be sent to your email to reset the password.

If you don’t know your PIN or you are seeing an "Incorrect PIN" message, please ask your Manager or the Admin to reset it for you. If you work at a place that uses Nōwn at multiple locations, you will have to contact head office to change your PIN on the root account.
