How do customers collect points?
Customers can collect points either before the transaction begins or at the end of the transaction the way in which it can be done can be found below
Before the transaction:
- clicking on their image as it shows up on the POS via bluetooth
- scanning their QR code before the transaction begins
- looking up the customer via the search bar before the transaction begins
After the transaction:
- once a transaction is paid for press the "Email Receipt and Collect Points"
